For Clinical Supervision

I create a file for you on Splose, and keep a record of our topics of discussion. I will also note any follow up tasks we discuss. I recommend that you keep a record of your supervision sessions as well.

For ongoing/regular supervision sessions: I will create a goal-setting document with you, to store on your file as well.

For Clients

I store any personal information you provide on the practice management system Splose. You can find out about there privacy and confidentiality policies on their website. Their systems comply with the Australian Privacy Act.
